JENNIFER G. VILLENEUVE, PARTNER
Jenny represents clients in the areas of Real Estate (including purchases and sales), Business, Wills and Probate, Estate and Trust Planning, Municipal Law and Elder Law. Jenny joined the practice of Gallagher and Stein in 2004, becoming a partner in 2013 and then merging with the Law Office of Marcia E. DeGeer to form Gallagher, Villeneuve and DeGeer, PLLC in 2016.
MARCIA E. DEGEER, PARTNER
Marcia concentrates her practice on Real Estate (including purchases and sales), Wills and Probate, Estate and Trust Planning, Business, Elder Law, Family Law, and Mediation. She merged her former practice, Law Office of Marcia E. DeGeer with Gallagher and Stein to form Gallagher, Villeneuve and DeGeer, PLLC in 2016.
JAMES W. GALLAGHER, Of COUNSEL
Now semi-retired, Jim serves "of counsel" to the firm he began in 1979 and ran for over 40 years. While providing expert advice and insights to today's full-time attorneys, Jim also continues to provide legal services to some of his longstanding clients in the areas of Real Estate, Business, Wills and Probate, and Estate and Trust Planning.
KAREN G. HELMUTH, OFFICE MANAGER
As our Office Manager, Karen focuses on the daily administrative and financial responsibilities that keep the firm humming. She also assists our attorneys in the areas of Estate administration, Probate, Corporations, and Real Estate. Karen joined Gallagher, Villeneuve and DeGeer in 2000.
Timothy J. Kimpton, COUNSEL
Tim's practice focuses on Family Law, Business (including nonprofits), Wills and Probate, Estate and Trust Planning, Bankruptcy and Elder Law. He joined the Law Office of Marcia E. DeGeer in 2013.
JENNIFER F. ATKINSON, SENIOR ATTORNEY
As a Senior Attorney at Gallagher, Villeneuve and DeGeer, Jennifer exclusively practices U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. She joined Gallagher, Villeneuve and DeGeer in 2019.
