MARCIA E. DEGEER, PARTNER
Marcia concentrates her practice on Estate and Trust Planning, Wills and Probate, Mediation, Elder Law, and Business. She merged her former practice, Law Office of Marcia E. DeGeer with Gallagher and Stein to form Gallagher, Villeneuve and DeGeer, PLLC in 2016.
Timothy J. Kimpton, COUNSEL
Tim's practice focuses primarily on Family Law, although he continues to represent established clients in Business, Wills and Probate, Estate and Trust Planning, and Elder Law. He joined the Law Office of Marcia E. DeGeer in 2013.
JENNIFER F. ATKINSON, SENIOR ATTORNEY
Jennifer specializes in U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. She also regularly represents clients in Estate and Trust planning, Wills and Probate, Business, and Family Law. She joined Gallagher, Villeneuve and DeGeer in 2019.

JAMES G. PUCKETTE, COUNSEL
James focuses his practice on Family Law, Estate and Trust Planning, Business Formation, Elder Law, and Wills and Probate. He joined Gallagher, Villeneuve and DeGeer, PLLC in 2024.
KAREN G. HELMUTH, OFFICE MANAGER
As our Office Manager, Karen focuses on the daily administrative and financial responsibilities that keep the firm humming. She also assists our attorneys in the areas of Estate administration, Probate, Corporations, and Real Estate. Karen joined Gallagher, Villeneuve and DeGeer in 2000.
JENNIFER G. VILLENEUVE, Of Counsel
Jenny serves "of counsel" to the firm she joined in 2004 and led for 10 years. She was instrumental in orchestrating the merger between Gallagher and Stein and the Law Office of Marcia E. DeGeer in 2016. In her new role, she provides her expertise to our full-time attorneys, particularly in the areas of Municipal Law, Real Estate, and Business.

Jim serves "of counsel" to the firm he began in 1979 and ran for over 40 years. He generously shares his advice, insight and expertise to our full-time attorneys and regularly fosters connections with clients, both new and established.
